The Paper Doll Club makes Cat Couture, a hand-painted paper doll book. This page explains what we collect when you join the guest list and what we do with it.
Who we are

What we collect
- Your email address.
- Which link brought you here (for example, a TikTok video), if the link said so.
- Your country, worked out from your connection. We don’t store your precise location.
- A record of your consent: when you signed up and confirmed, the wording you agreed to, and the IP address used.
We don’t use advertising trackers or sell your information. Our visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) don’t use cookies or identify you.
Why we collect it
To send you news about Cat Couture and its Kickstarter, because you asked us to. Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by tapping “Unsubscribe” in any email.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores the guest list. Resend sends our emails. Both may process data in the United States under their standard data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Everything else is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the campaign ends and we no longer need it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@thepaperdollclub.com. If you’re in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection regulator.
Children
The guest list isn’t meant for children under 16. If you’re buying for a child, please sign up yourself. If we learn we’ve collected a child’s email, we delete it.
